    7 Days Return Policy

    At Eflik, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Eligibility for Return

    • Product must be unused and in original condition.
    • Packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
    • Order receipt or proof of purchase is required.
    • Certain items may not be eligible due to hygiene or customization reasons.

    Return Process

    • Contact us within 7 days via email or support chat.
    • Our team will review your request and schedule a pickup if eligible.
    • Once the item is inspected, a replacement or refund will be processed.

    Cancellation Policy

    • Orders can be cancelled only within 1 day (24 hours) after placing the order.
    • Cancellation requests will not be accepted once the order is shipped.
    • After shipment, customers may request a return as per the return policy.

    Non-Returnable Items

    Damaged, used, customized, or clearance products may not qualify for returns. Items damaged due to customer mishandling are also not eligible.

    Refund Timeline

    Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after the returned product passes quality check.
    Once approved, the refund amount will be credited to your Eflik Wallet, which can be used for future purchases.
